II.2.4) Description of the procurement
We are looking for technology solution providers to develop a proposal for a Digital Transformation Programme (DTP) to ensure that our service can continue to meet the expectations of our organisation and artist/tenant community. Ever-evolving technology, huge increases in demand and the changing expectations of users has meant that our current Internet and Wi-Fi service is no longer fit for purpose. It has become clear that investment to replace ageing equipment and legacy telecoms/WiFi provision is much needed to address this. For continuity, it is preferred that one supplier tenders for a unified solution to supply, install and support all 20 buildings under one contract. This would include the migration and management of our existing VOIP system.
