Technical specification of equipment for the Situation Center General description The technical equipment for the situation center based at the head office of the Border Guard Service of National Security Committee of RK in Nur-Sultan should include the supply, installation, commissioning, equipment adjustment, basic training / instruction on the use of equipment. The situation center includes a number of subsystems, including devices, a system of video display devices in the form of a video wall, multifunctional multi-monitor workstations for dispatchers and supervisors, complexes for managing video streams of information and display modes, network infrastructure integrated with the central data transmission network of the Border Guard Service, telecommunication subsystems (videoconference, telephony) integrated with local systems of border facilities, sound subsystems, modules for integration with such systems as video surveillance systems, monitoring systems (transport, cargo), data collection and processing systems (container.com, ArcGis), control and access control, GIS, etc. Supplier requirements The supplier must have specialists trained in the installation, integration and technical support of the products and solutions of the supplied system. The supplier must have all the necessary facilities and tools to perform installation, commissioning, and integration work. Provide supporting documents in the offer. The supplier must have experience in installing equipment in situation centers for at least 3 (three) years and licenses (permits) to carry out work in sensitive facilities in accordance with the national legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Warranty service and service The supplier must provide a written guarantee for the supplied equipment and further technical support for 3 (three) years 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. After receiving an oral or written application from the Customer about the detected malfunction, the supplier must ensure the departure of a specialist within 3 (three) hours to the Customer's facility and carry out warranty repairs within a period of no more than 1 (one) day from the moment of registration of the Customer's written application sent by mail or by e-mail, provided that the spare parts and components are available. When submitting a commercial proposal, include a letter of guarantee on the fulfillment of this requirement.
