 7.Contract description:

The technical assistance team will support the Ministry of the Environment and Forest Resources (Ministère de l'environnement et des ressources forestières — MERF) with implementing the programme. The technical assistance will include the project's overall coordination, providing advice to those involved in climate change in Togo, drawing up the terms of reference for identified studies and training (drawing up the terms of reference, supporting the monitoring of assessments, and formalising and implementing services), setting up and implementing calls for proposals (support with drafting guidelines, the assessment procedure, and formalising and implementing grant contracts). The technical assistance team will support the MERF with monitoring the implementation of projects in the field.
