UNOG, on behalf of OCHA, is seeking a company to provide training services as part of their Leadership Development Programme. While a comprehensive leadership development programme is under development, an initial first phase of learning and training opportunities is being launched to kick start activities. The company should have experience with International Organizations and well as knowledge and expertise in Leadership Programmes for International Organizations. Four different leadership development programmes have been identified including Women and Leadership and the UN, Emerging Leadership Experience, Emerging Leadership Operations and a custom Skill for Administrative Assistants. All courses should be customized to OCHA. The Contract shall be awarded on an all-inclusive basis. Specifically, the Contractor shall be responsible for the full design and delivery of the training including all pre- work, online components, onsite workshop including venue facilities and hospitality.
