The BL project team needs to be expanded in order to meet project milestones. The current team is fully utilised on the existing workload, focused on planning approvals and preparing for the investment decision. In order to meet key project milestones, there a number of key work streams that need to be undertaken.
The lead time for these items is such that key advisors and project team members need to be sourced ahead of the investment decision. In order to do that, additional resources are required immediately.
