Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Water Hygiene Quality Monitoring Nov 2020 to properties within the Borough of Swindon.

Monitoring of water quality in systems across the Borough in line with Regulations.
The initial contract term will be for 3 years with an option to extend for one further period of 2 years (3 + 2) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is up to GBP 80 000.00 per annum, GBP 240 000 across the initial 3-year contract term and up to GBP 400 000.00 across the potential total 5 year contract term.

To participate, suppliers will need to Register as a supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. ITT clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the subject title, by 21 December 2020, 14.00 UK Local time. The Council’s responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
