                                             Request for Expression of Interest                                             (Consulting Services – Individual Selection)                                           Consulting Service for Contract Management Consultant 1 Country:  Ethiopia Project: General Education Quality Improvement Program for Equity (GEQIP-E) Project ID:  P163050 Credit No.  D262ET Assignment Title:   Contract Management Consultant 1 Reference No.:  ET-MOE-207608-CS-INDV The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of General Education Quality Improvement Program for Equity (GEQIP-E) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include providing the services of  Contract Management Consultant  1 for GEQIP-E at Ministry of Education.   Ministry of Education now invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services for six months contract, with possible extension upon satisfactory performance of the assignment. The short-listing criteria, qualification, and experience in procurement in World Bank financed projects. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 and Revised November 2017 (“Procurement Regulation”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.  A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants (IC) method set out in the Procurement Regulations, Time Based Contract. Interested and qualified consultants may obtain the Terms of Reference of the assignment and further information at the address below during office hours 08:00 to 12:00 am & 1:30 to 5:00pm Mondays to Thursday; and 08:00 to 5:00 am & 1:30 to 5:00 pm on Fridays.
