Description
The purpose of this SOW is to engage an experienced and certified
vendor/contractor for the upgrade of PACT System components and software.
The work shall include but not limited to removal, upgrades, installation,
commissioning, and relocation where required of our existing and new PACT
system sub-components.
- Remove old cameras and Infra-Red illuminators and replace them with new ones
provided by ESCWA,
-Replace old screens of the CCTV surveillance system in both control rooms, the
new screens will be provided by ESCWA.
-Install the new ISTAR Ultra controllers in a way to allow gradual shift of the
components and connections from the old controllers
-Install the new workstations including all configurations for the desktop computer,
Fargo printer, card readers, passport scanner, signature pads and badging camera
-Upgrade the C-Cure version to the latest available
-Replace all existing PACT network switches with new switches provided and
configured by ESCWA.
Required PACT Training and certification to be delivered in this project:
- C-cure 9000 level 3 (EverRun) for 6 persons (SWH_CC9_M_En)
- SWH C-CURE 9000 Level 4 - Enterprise Solution – English
- Victor & VideoEdge Installer - English
- Victor & VideoEdge Advanced Installer
Vendor Response Forms must be completed in full, hand writing is not encouraged, typing is highly preffered for the sake of calrity.
The UN reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest documents that are incomplete, or are received after the stated deadline.
Firms that express interest will be invited to participate in the solicitation document which will be based on a detailed Scope of Services, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related requirements and documents.
Please note that UNESCWA precludes entering into a contract with a firm that is not fully
registered in UNGM. For registration in UNGM, please refer to the notice, in the "Vendor Response Form" attached hereto.
In order to be eligible for UN Registration, please make sure to declare in writing the Prerequisite for Eligibility criteria itemized from A-F as contained in EOI instruction attached.
This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. The United Nations reserve the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time in the EOI and/or solicitation process.
