Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh 21 Brief Description of  Services Vehicles must be of recent model (no older than Model 2014) and vehicles must be of excellent conditions, well maintained, with strong air condition all over the inside of the vehicles. Comfortable seat (with head rest where required) for a well comfortable riding. Vehicles shall have Seat capacity of 4 (four) and 8 (eight) person including drivers, 4(four) doors in each vehicle, transparent glasses and windows etc. without any scratches or breeches. Doors and windows shall have good conditions for easy open and close. Vehicles shall have excellent engine conditions along with other parts and accessories like break, clutch, accelerator, suspension, self- ignition, batteries etc. Vehicles shall have door lock, light, signal light, indicators, bumpers etc. without any defect. In case of CNG driven, CNG cylinder capacity- minimum 1 (one) cylinder of 60 (sixty) litre for car and 90 (ninety) litre capacity for microbus. Drivers and all other expenditures etc. shall be for the period of 58 (fifty eight) months (depending on performance of services).
