The Government is seeking to enter into a lease up tofive (5) years with termination rights for approximately 4,680 acres of land within the Delineated Area set forth below in Yellowstone or Bighorn County, MT. Potential site is in support of the Montana Army National Guard, which requires unimproved lands to be used for military training activities.
In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating. The U.S. Government is self-insured, and a security deposit is not applicable. Offeror must be willing to provide a fully serviced space, including, without limitation, real estate taxes, insurance, and maintenance.
Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may include landowners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent landowners. Representatives of landowners must include the exclusivity granting the exclusive right to represent the owner with their response to this advertisement.

After the receipt of initial offers, the named Realty Specialist or other authorized representative will conduct negotiations on behalf of the Government. Verbal or written negotiations will be conducted with Offerors that are within the competitive range. The competitive range, which will be established by the Realty Specialist, will be based on lease costs and other award factors stated in this solicitation. All Offerors will be included that have a reasonable chance of being selected for award. Negotiations are considered closed at the due date and time of best and final offers.
