UNDP is seeking for 01 National training and research firms/institutions/organizations for Coaching and Mentoring Services for Newly Elected Representatives and Young Women Leaders.

The objective of this work is to:

• To enhance the performance of the constitutional functions of law-making/resolution-making and oversight and to pilot the performance self-assessment with a set of key performance indicators[1]  for newly elected representatives, especially for women representatives;
• To enhance leadership skills and competence for potential young women, promoting and preparing for more women in leadership roles in the public sector.
