Sau khi nộp hồ sơ thầu, nhà thầu cần gửi email tới địa chỉ Email: [email protected]; thông báo đã nộp hồ sơ. UNDP sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm về việc hồ sơ không tới được địa chỉ cần nhận nếu nhà thầu không gửi thông báo ngay sau khi nộp hồ sơ.
