Following the impact of Hurricane Irma and Maria, Barbuda and Dominica were severely affected with destruction of homes, roads, utilities and livelihoods.

Whereas the specifics of the recovery needs in Barbuda and Dominica will be detailed following the Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA), there is a clear and urgent desire for a return to the islands by the residents, requiring rehabilitation of the physical structures including homes, schools and public/community structures and restoration of basic services. In this context, we kindly request you to submit your Expression of Interest for the Supply and delivery of Roofing materials and minor construction tools and equipment for roof installations.

This Expression of interest aims to study the available market for this supply, to identify a short list of eligible companies to be invited to a future procurement process of the same nature.
