The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager Combat Ammunition Systems (PM-CAS) awarded a Firm-Fixed Price, five (5) year (base year plus 4 options) contract for the Load, Assemble, and Pack (LAP) of the 120mm M931 Full Range Practice Cartridge (FRPC) and M933A1 / M934A1 High Explosive (HE) Mortar Cartridges to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), whose subcontractor is General Dynamics, Canada (GD-OTS, Canada). Major components supporting the assembly of the 120mm cartridges will be provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM). The LAP shall be consistent with a certified Government Technical Data Package (TDP). The total maximum contract value will not exceed $205,004,904.

This contract was awarded using 10 USC 2304(c)(3) as authorized by FAR 6.302-3(a)(2)(i); Industrial mobilization, engineering, developmental, or research capability; or expert services to maintain a facility, producer, manufacturer, or other supplier available for furnishing supplies or services in case of a national emergency or to achieve industrial mobilization.
