Overview :

The Spotlight Initiative in Jamaica is looking to engage a firm to assist in providing technology tools and training to implement a comprehensive Conflict Early Warning Detection, Proactive Violence Response and Prevention system – to capture, predict and assess data for early detection and proactive response to violence including violence against women and girls.

The firm will report directly to the Officer in Charge, Programmes Unit. However, day-today management of the consultancy will be led by the Spotlight Programme Officer and technical officers of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

Proposals should be submitted in English by email no later than Tuesday, August 10th, 2021 at 16:00 (Jamaica time, UTC-5), using the following subject line: 149082 EWARS ICT Expansion. Offers received after the aforementioned date and time will not be considered.
