Dear Bidder,

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Development and implementation of the Electronic Document Management System in the local governments of Bilovodsk and Sievierodonetsk amalgamated territorial communities in Luhansk oblast”​.

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.

The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on 21-th of October, 2019 at 15:00 (Kyiv time) via Skype.
