A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement to purchase ten (10) motorcycles and ancillary items,in accordance with Purchase Description RCMP Specification - Motorcycle (Group 1) and RCMP Specification - Motorcycle (Group 2), dated 2018-04-10, to be delivered to various locations by April 30,2019. The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to one (6) additional vehicles and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
