The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Preparation, organisation, and running of the info campaign aimed to increase public health literacy in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts regarding non-communicable diseases to prevent their onset, maximise early detection, reduce risk factors, and contribute to the self-assistance.

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 3, in preparing your Proposal.

The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on the 29-st of July 2021 at 10:00 (Kyiv time) via Skype.
