This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L0322Q0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of February 3, 2022, and close date of February 15, 2022. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2022-04. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 212321 and a size standard of 500 employees.
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Albuquerque District Office, through the BLM New Mexico State Office has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for purchase and delivery of mineral material per attached specifications. All material shall be delivered to the Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks Ware Yard (approximately 3.55 miles northwest of Cochiti Pueblo at the Kasha-Katuwe National Monument off NM-22). Location map of site is attached.

The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and can be downloaded as full text at http://www.arnet.gov/far. The resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) database in order to do business with the Federal Government and be considered for award. The database can be accessed at http://www.sam.gov.
The solicitation is available electronically at beta.Sam.gov. Questions to solicitation are due by 4:30PM Mountain Standard Time on February 9, 2022. Offers are being accepted via electronic mail to [email protected]. Offers are to be submitted via company letterhead, referencing this RFQ and are due no later than 4:30PM Mountain Standard Time on February 15, 2022.
