This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing.



The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This Sources Sought does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government.



Requirement

Network Contracting Office VISN 10 has a requirement for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VISN 10 Ohio (Cincinnati, Cleveland, Chillicothe, Columbus, Dayton) to procure updated chemistry and immunology laboratory testing equipment and supplies. Equipment and supplies will be solicited on a CPRR (Cost-Per-Reportable Result) basis.

Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Registration is available at www.sam.gov.



Responses to this Sources Sought notice must contain the following information:
