The General Services Administration’s (GSA) Office of the Chief Information Officer – Office of Public Buildings Information Technology Services (PB-ITS) in support of the PBS Office of Facilities Management (OFM) and Office of Financial Management (OCFO), 1800 F Street, NW, Washington, DC, seeks to acquire a new Cloud-based, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) enterprise-wide solution that includes hosting, licensing, configuration, data architecture, integration, and support services for an advanced metering, utility and waste data tracking, and utility invoice processing system. The Government intends to award a single-award contract to replace existing applications and services: Energy Usage Analysis System (EUAS), Advanced Metering System (ION EEM), the solid waste module of the GSA’s Sustainable Operations and Maintenance (SOM), and the service for processing of utility invoices for payment. The solution will provide a single integrated environment to be managed by a single Offeror.
