The Government anticipates the award of a non-personal health care services, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery
(IDIQ) single award task order contract (SATOC) to provide medical testing services for the U.S Army Corps of
Engineers (USACE) employees at Albeni Falls Dam in Oldtown, ID. The anticipated contract will include a base
year and three optional years. The maximum capacity for each year is anticipated to be $25,000. The total contract
maximum capacity is anticipated to be $100,000. The lifetime contract minimum guarantee will be $500. A task
order will be issued immediately at award specifically to obligate this minimum. If the minimum is met by the issue
of subsequent order, the original guaranteed minimum task order will be deobligated unilaterally and the order will
be closed. If the contractor does not receive a task order prior to the Contract’s expiration of the Base Period that
satisfies the guaranteed minimum, they may submit an invoice for the minimum guarantee amount immediately
following the Base Period’s expiration date.
