7.Contract description:

This service contract aims to mobilise and provide external technical experts (main and secondary) to support the programme management unit. It will be responsible for the technical, administrative and financial running of the programme. The technical assistance team recruited will be tasked with achieving the overall objective of the Padica. This is to help improve the performance of Algerian industry, which is still too dependent on one sector (hydrocarbon), via better industrial diversification and by improving the business climate.
