Nature of Requirements: 

To supply in new 205-litre drums:

- Automotive (On-Road) Diesel Fuel, Type A-ULS with a -48°C temperature operability cloud point, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.517-2020 (latest issue) 

- Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1), Standard CAN/CGSB-3.23-2020 (latest issue). Containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor + Static Dissipator Additive.

- Wide Cut Type Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet B), Standard CAN/CGSB-3.22-2012 (latest issue). Containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor + Static Dissipator Additive.

- Naphtha, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.27-2018 (latest issue) in 3.78 L cans

Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to Sainte-Catherine, Bécanour or Quebec City, QC, St. John's, NL or Churchill, MB, for the 2022 Eastern Arctic Sealift, for furtherance to locations in Nunavut.

The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement:

Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Arviat, Chesterfield Inlet, Rankin Inlet, Eureka, Whale Cove, Naujaat (Repulse Bay) and Resolute Bay, Nunavut
*where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in.
