Description
ATM 21/3175 Pharmaceutical and Medical
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
The Customer requires a supply of pharmaceutical, hospital, medical, dental and diagnostic laboratory supplies and services that meet Australian legislated and logistic requirements in a timely, high quality and cost-efficient manner. It is a mandatory condition to meet all legislative requirements for the supply and export of these goods.
The successful Supplier will be expected to provide a ‘One Stop Shop’ through the provision of items directly to the Customer.
More detail can be found in the Statement of Requirement.
The supply must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Requirement (SoR) in the ATM and subject to the terms and conditions set out in, or referred to, in ATM 21/3175 Pharmaceutical and Medical.
It is anticipated that the Deed of Standing Offer will take effect from 27 July 2022
