Overview : Dear Proposer, The United Nations Development Programme in Somalia (UNDP) hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Firms to submit a proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for conducting a Baseline Mapping Study to Mainstream Gender Formulated on an Area-Based Approach in Somalia and Somaliland as described in the Terms of Reference of this RFP document. Please note that this process is being conducted through the online tendering system of UNDP. If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please prepare and submit your Proposal consistent with stipulations of this RFP. Proposals MUST be submitted via the UNDP eTendering system at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org on or before the submission deadline (closing date and time) displayed on the main screen of this Event in the eTendering system. Please note the UNDP eTendering system time zone is in EST/EDT (New York) time. The system will automatically block bid submission after the deadline. The RFP document comprises the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which are inserted as a link in Annex 1 (Description of Requirements). RFP Letter of Invitation Annex 1 - Description of Requirements Annex 2 - Form for Submitting Service Provider’s Technical Proposal Annex 3 - Form of Submitting Service Provider’s Financial Proposal Annex 4 - Terms of Reference Annex 5 – Format for CV of Proposed Key Personnel Detailed Terms of Reference and other bidding documents can be accessed on the UNDP ATLAS eTendering system at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org.
