  1. The Republic of Belarus has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Belarus Emergency COVID-19 Response Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for reanimobiles.

2.      The Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Medical Technologies, Informatization, Administration and Management of Health (RSPC MT) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of reanimobiles (Lot 1 – 14 reanimobiles, Lot 2 – 14 reanimobiles, Lot 3 – 14 reanimobiles, Lot 4 – 13 reanimobiles).

Delivery period:  within 180 calendar days after the contract signing (In case of winning in two lots latest delivery date for the whole order can be increased to 210 calendar days. In case of winning in 3-4 lots latest delivery date for the whole order can be increased to 240 calendar days).

3.      Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” fourth edition November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4.      Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the RSPC MT and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09:00-17:00 at the address given below. Contact person Sergey Danekin, [email protected].  

5.      The bidding document in English and Russian may be received by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.

6.      Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15-00 25 February 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 15-00 25 February 2022.

7.      All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration as appropriate.

8.      Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.”
