Description of renewals:

Les marchés sont conclus pour quatre périodes de 1 an se succédant

sans interruption. Chaque bénéficiaire de la centrale d’achat peut toutefois mettre fin au marché qui le concerne à l’échéance de chaque période annuelle moyennant la notification d’un préavis par lettre recommandée, ou par envoi électronique assurant de manière équivalente la date exacte de l'envoi, 3 mois avant cette échéance.

Les bénéficiaires de la centrale d’achat ne sont tenus à aucune indemnité à l’adjudicataire s’ils exercent ce droit de mettre fin au marché. En tout état de cause, les marchés de l’accord-cadre prennent fin de plein droit, sans préavis, à la fin de la 4ème année.
