Description of renewals:

Voorliggende opdracht heeft een looptijd van een jaar, te rekenen vanaf de datum vermeld bij de sluiting.

Na het verstrijken van deze looptijd kan de raamovereenkomst 3 maal stilzwijgend verlengd worden met een periode van een jaar, op basis van artikel 57 tweede lid Wet Overheidsopdrachten. De verlenging houdt in dat de contractuele voorwaarden ongewijzigd blijven.

De aanbestedende overheid kan beslissen om van de verlengingsperiode af te wijken of af te zien per aangetekend schrijven verstuurd uiterlijk drie maanden voor het verstrijken van de (eventueel verlengde) looptijd van de raamovereenkomst.
