Indigenous Services Canada has a requirement for the supply of one Benchtop Urine Analyzer with Rack Handler, including any required supplemental items, which must meet all the mandatory technical requirements. Delivery must occur within 5 weeks and the installation must begin within 3 months of initial delivery and be completed within 14 days from the installation start date. 

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
