Requirements: 1. The goods have to be delivered at final destination point 3 weeks after issuance of PO. 2. Bidders need to confirm validity of their technical proposals. Any modification to the original technical offers or alternative technical offers will be rejected within the scope of this BAFO. 3. The purpose of the BAFO is to seek improvement of the commercial elements of the original offers (dated 2020): 4. Bidders may offer a discount or lower price of their original offers; 5. Bidder has the right to simply confirm validity of the price in their original offers (dated 2020). This is acceptable; 6. Bidders may NOT increase their original price – any price increase will be rejected. 7. Bidders need to inform on: a. Availability of the seeds in stock; b. Location of the stock (country where the seeds are presently located). 8. Bidders are requested to quote their best financial offer for the goods and their best delivery time in calendar days/weeks following receipt of eventual Purchase Order.
