REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Project Management Unit (PMU), Youth Employment and Rural Entrepreneurship (YERE) Project under Ministry of Agriculture and Forests (MoAF) would like to invite Expression of Interest (EoI) from qualified and experienced consultancy firms to undertake an impact assessment of the YERE Project.

The firm will be selected in accordance with the CQS (Selection Based on the Consultant’s Qualifications) procedure set out in the World Bank’s new procurement framework. The selection criteria of the firm (qualification criteria and a separate selection criteria) is given in Terms of Reference available at www.moaf.gov.bt.
