The invitation for tenders was published in the OJEU and other relevant media on 30th December 2019. Nine bidders submitted their technical and financial bids on 19th May 2020. Technical bids were opened in presence of bidders the same day. All bids were determined to be technically compliant and qualified. Financial bids were opened in the presence of bidders on 5th March 2021. The procurement procedure was annulled by the Procuring Entity on 25th March 2022.
