III.1.1)Suitability to pursue to professional activity, including requirements related to enrolment in professional or trade registers:

III.1.2)Economic and financial standing:
The average annual turnover must exceed EUR 250.000 for the last three years. Submit audited balance sheets for the last 3 years (2014-2016) to demonstrate the soundness of the applicant's financial position and long-term profitability;
III.1.3)Technical and professional ability:
The applicant should have successfully completed at least 2 contracts for Technical assistance of projects in the road sector in the last 5 years prior to the submission deadline of this application, each of min. value EUR 100,000. Submit details of experience in similar assignments undertaken in the previous 5 (five) years, including the contract(s) value and location(s), number of staff involved in the contract(s), name of the Client(s), name of partners for contract(s) execution, source(s) of financing, type of services provided, contract(s) commencement and completion dates, brief description of the contract(s), confirmed by the Client.
