Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Поради енергийната криза обхванала страната ни и Европа през последните месеца, основният ремонт на Блок №7 с реконструкцията на КА-11 се отложиха за 2022/2023г. Съгласно ремонтната програма на ТЕЦ Марица изток 2 ЕАД за 2022г. съгласувана с ЕСО ЕАД, Блок №7 (КА-11 и ТГ7) ще бъде в основен ремонт от 01.09.2022г. до 01.04.2023г. Посочената по-горе фактическа обстаановка е свързана с наличието на обстоятелства, които възложителят не би могъл да предвиди при полагане на дължимата грижа и които не водят до промяна на предмета на договора.

Предвид гореизложените обстоятелства и на основание чл. 116, ал. 1, т.3 от ЗОП е необходимо да се промени срока за изпълнение на договора от 24 на 42 месеца.
