VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

Изпълнителят е длъжен да приготви ястията от седмичното меню, което се изготвя предварително от социалния работник на Домашен социален патронаж /ДСП/, одобрява се от Директора на Общинско предприятие „Социално обслужване” /ОП „СО”/, и се подава на изпълнителя не по-късно от всеки четвъртък на предходната седмица. Седмичното меню ще се изготвя в съответствие със „Сборник рецепти за заведенията за обществено хранене“, съобразено със сезонността на влаганите продукти и възрастовите особености на потребителите. Изпълнителят е длъжен да приготви точния брой порции за деня, които се подават като информация от предния ден от социалния работник на ДСП, и включват следните варианти:

Порцион №1: супа, основно ястие и хляб;

Порцион №2: основно ястие/обяд/, основно ястие /вечеря/ и хляб;

Порцион №3: се приготвя веднъж седмично, и е съставен е от: порцион №1 или порцион №2 и десерт;

Видовете ястия от всеки порцион трябва да съдържат следните количества: супа – 300гр., основно ястие – 300 гр.,

десерт – 200 гр. и хляб 150 гр., като вида на ястията за супа основно и десерт да отговарят на тези от седмичното меню.

Допълнително споразумение с изх.рег. №Д-123/05.04.2022г.

Изменението се налага поради драстичното увеличение на цените на определени стоки и услуги, след подаване

на офертата по процедурата, съответно подписване на договор, с които се завишават разходите за постигане на

крайния резултат, защото стоките и услугите, които са завишени са съществени елементи в ценообразуването на

крайния продукт.
