Обществената поръчка има за цел изготвяне на анализ на демографските процеси и демографското развитие,както и разработване на концепции за демографските процеси и демографското развитие за районите напланиране ниво NUTS 2.

Анализът следва да идентифицира потенциала на демографската политика на национално и регионално ниво,както и възможностите за предприемане на интегриран комплекс от мерки.

Разработените концепции в областта на демографските процеси и демографското развитие следва да дадат яснавизия за основните предизвикателства пред демографската политика на ниво район на планиране.

Всички цели, дейности/поддейности, изисквания и етапи са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация навъзложителя.

Мотиви за промяна на чл. 10, ал. 2, т. 2:

Към датата на сключване на Договорa Националния статистически институт в срока за изпълнение на дейност почл. 10, ал. 2, т. 2 от договора e публикувал само предварителните данни от преброяването на населението ижилищния фонд в Република България през 2021 г. (Преброяване 2021) и не е оповестил (публикува)окончателните данни за Преброяване 2021.

Мотиви за промяна на чл. 10, ал. 2, т. 3:

Със Заповед No РД-01-973/26.11.2021 г. на министъра на здравеопазването на територията на Република Българияса въведени временни противоепидемични мерки в т. ч. „преустановяване се провеждането на конгресно-конферентни мероприятия, семинари, симпозиуми, обучения, конкурси, изпити и други групови мероприятия стакъв характер“.

Мотиви за добавяне на нова т. 3.1:

Заповед No РД-01-973/26.11.2021 г. на министъра на здравеопазването.
