редметът на договора е осигуряване на пълна сервизна поддръжка на когенерационна инсталация с контейнери, състояща се от три броя когенерационни двигателя(модула) JMS 320 GS-B.LC, производство на GE Jenbacher, газова линия и прилежащи електросъоръжения за извършване на ремонти до достигане на 28 000 р.ч. с гаранция за 90 % готовност за работа на годишна база при 800 кW мощност на всеки един ко-генератор за обект СПСОВ Кубратово.
