Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

На основание чл.116, ал.1, т.3 от ЗОП, във връзка с констатирани в процеса на изпълнение на строителните дейности по обекта непредвидени обстоятелства, които Възложителя не е могъл да предвиди на етап изготвянето на техническия проект и са възникнали впоследствие, а именно:-за обекта се е наложила промяна на инвестиционните проекти, попадаща в обхвата на определените като съществени по смисъла на чл. 154, ал. (2) от ЗУТ, вследствие на което Възложителя е провел вътрешно конкурентен избор (00081-2019-0055; позиция 1, покана 3) и сключил договор №Д21001248ВН/29.07.2021г. с предмет: “Преработка на технически проект по чл.154, ал. 5 от ЗУТ за обекта;-преработения проект е предаден на възложителя в срок и към настоящия момент се изготвя доклада за оценка на съответствието;-към настоящия момент строежа е спрян с Акт 10, предвид което дейностите по договора не са приключени
