The requested services of the consultants comprise the implementation of the Accompanying Measures of SELP II. The other component of SELP comprises of a Refinancing Facility to Myanma Apex Bank for the promotion of their lending business to SME. The Accompanying Measure aims at enhancing institutional capacity building and training to ensure an adequate level of implementation efficiency of the refinancing facility at Myanma Apex Bank. This will include a needs assessment, support and implementation of plans, and a review of the implementation phase.
