The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: The Roseburg VA Healthcare System using a Whole Health Approach have a mission to improve Veteran health and wellbeing through the promotion of programs to support a healthy lifestyle and lifestyle change. The Whole Health and Wellness department implements programs that increase all areas of well-being. The scope of this project is to provide all necessary labor and materials to deliver an architectural landscape design for the Veteran s Therapeutic Serenity Mindfulness Garden. The contract will include travel time for site visits, consultation with VA staff, time in design, concepts, proofs, revisions, and final product with estimated quote/cost of design implementation and specifications for landscape company to follow.
