Notice of Intent to Solicit from a Single Source

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for Cable TV and Internet Services. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the experience level provided by Spectrum Communications, their capabilities to provide the required services, including speed and connectivity, and the hardware to setup and install the service to the facility.
