Subject: UN Women Call for Proposals on Ending Violence Against Women, Women Economic Empowerment, Leadership and participation in decision making.

UN Women Moldova plans to engage Responsible Party (Non-Governmental Organization, Community Based Organizations(CBOs) and Academic Organizations) as defined in accordance with the attached documents. UN Women now invites sealed and/or electronic proposals from qualified proponents for providing the requirements as defined in the UN Women Terms of Reference.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

1. a) Documents/offers in hard copy need to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

   Attention: Registry Office/Procurement
2. b) Offers sent electronically need to be addressed to the following e-mail address: tenders-Moldova@undp.org

Technical & Financial Proposals should be submitted to the designated address (tenders-Moldova@undp.org) by the date and time of the deadline.

Clarification emails should include a subject header in the following format: “UN Women CfP17/00X-XXXX, Request for Clarification, Company/Contractor Name”
