Description:: The place of acceptance of the supplies shall be Mater Dei Hospital Msida, Malta. This is a period contract and the Supply of Vee Belts for SAMOC will be ordered as and when required by the Department against the issue of a purchase order. The time-limits for delivery of the each consignment shall be not later than 4 weeks from the receipt of the purchase order. This contract is for a period of three (3) years extended for a further period of 6 months or for the total contract value of €25,000.00 excluding VAT whichever is the earlier. The INCOTERM2000 applicable shall be Delivery (Duty Paid).
