Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the replacement of the HVAC system and building roofsheeting and other components for the Council Administrative Building located at 137 Beamish Street, Campsie, NSW 2194 . 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request

A Non-Compulsory internal site inspection of the Campsie Administration Building at 137 Beamish Street, Campsie NSW 2194, will be arranged on Wednesday 15 September 2021 between 10AM to 12PM.

Please note that only one (1) representative per company will be allowed to carry out the inspection inside the building for 15 minutes. The inspections will be carried out in groups of 4 persons per group.

Please email [email protected] to register your attendance by COB 13 September 2021. After which the Project Manager will allocate a time for attendance.

NOTE: Tenderers attending the site inspections are reminded to comply with COVID-19 guidelines.
