The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.  In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.  The quote shall be valid until 30 September 2021.

1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.  

2. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA520921Q021A is issued and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 DPN 20210520, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001

4. Requirement Description: The contractor shall provide CENTRIX KOREA (CX-K) Circuit Upgrade to the specifications attached.
