This is a Sources Sought Notification and not a Solicitation. The Seattle District Army Corps of Engineers is seeking sources for Non-Personal Health Care Services to provide medical testing services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) employees at Chief Joseph Dam (CJD) located in Bridgeport, Washington.The Government intends to award a single award task order (SATOC) indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery (IDIQ) contract.

The guidelines and conditions identified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) draft represent the Government's minimum requirements. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement draft and applicable publications and provide any comments, suggestions, interest and/or availability for providing the required services. Please indicate if services can be provided onsite of if services would only be available at an offsite location.
