UNDP Moldova invites interested companies which have demonstrated experience in undertaking civil works to submit their bids for rehabilitation/reconstruction of police station in line with community police principles in Singerei

On 29 August 2017 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organize a pre-quotation conference on its premises located at Le Roi Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, room 305 - Conference Room, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. To confirm participation, please, send a message to lidia.marchitan@undp.org by COB on Monday, 28 August, 2017.

A site visit will be organized on 30 August, 2017, at 11:00 (Moldova local time) at the police station in Singerei, R. Moldova, Singerei, 4, Buianov street. Bidders are invited to visit and examine the Site and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Bid and entering into a contract. Bidders should arrange site visits at their own cost and shall coordinate the site visits with the following contact person from UNDP: Lidia Marchitan, Project Associate (lidia.marchitan@undp.org).

Quotations must be submitted on or before 15:00 (Moldova local time) on 12 September 2017. Late bids will be rejected.

A public Bid-opening will take place on 12 September 2017, 16:00 (Moldova local time) at “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, room 305 – Conference Room, Chisinau, Moldova.
