Overview :

This Bulletin 2 (Amendment on the bid) issued to respond to the bidder inquries related to the deadline extension and bid security validity period. Hence procurement unit decided to extend the deadline period and clarified the bid validity period to give the chance and time for all bidders to prepare the bid guarantee and bid proposals before the deadline.

Therfore this bulletin should read as follows and vendor must adhere to this change when submitting the bid security to UNDP YEMEN.

 

1- Deadline extension

Subject: Deadline Extension.

New updated deadline Date: 8-May-2019

Time: 09:00am Newyork time (please see https://etendering.partneragencies.org (E-tendering event ID: 0000003589).

 

2- Bid validity and amount.

Bid Security amount: USD 20,000.00 (Twenty thousend US Dollar).

Bid security validity period: Minimum validity period is 120 days (4 months) from the date of issue of the original bid security.

Address for submitting original bid security: UNDP YEMEN Sana’a office – 60 street near to Ministry of Human Right.

 

  • If the Bid Security amount or its validity period is found to be less than what is required by UNDP, UNDP shall reject the Bid.
  • Bidders shall include a copy of the Bid Security in their bid and the original of the Bid Security must be sent via courier or hand delivery as per the instructions in BDS.

BULLETIN 1 (AMENDMENT 1)

Please be guided to the attached minutes od meeting and updated BOQ for LOT 1 A & B and LOT 2 A & B.

NOTE: THE VENDOR MUST USE THE ATTACHED UPDATED BOQ LOT 1 A; LOT 1 B; LOT 2 A AND LOT 2 B FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THEIR FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. ANY VENDOR FAILED TO USE THE ATTACHED UPDATED BOQ WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM FURTHER TECHNICAL/FINANCIAL EVALUATION PROCESS.

  • Any other bid conditions which are not mentioned here but mentioned in the ITB-YEM-0020-2019 documents will remain the same.

Quotations must be submitted through UNDP eTendering online system (https://etendering.partneragencies.org),The bidders requested ONLY to adhere the exact deadline time mentioned in the E-tendering website (https://etendering.partneragencies.org).

 Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.

Bidders may send as many e-mails as needed; however, the size of each e-mail should not exceed five megabytes (5 MB). As an e-mail can take some time to arrive after it is sent, we advise all bidders to send e-mail submissions well before the deadline. Please be aware that bids e-mailed to UNDP will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for bid submission. It is the exclusive responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the document(s) are received at the specified email address before the closing date.

 

Bidder should ensure that submitted offers do not contain viruses or corrupted files. Such offers will be rejected.

Bidders can compress the file through rar/zip file.
