The UNDP Samoa multi country office is calling for interested candidates to submit their proposals for the consultancy for the SERVICES FOR PAYMENT OF ECOSYSTEMS SERVICES FULL FEASIBILITY, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION for the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Samoa “Integrated Flood Management to Enhance Climate Resilience for the Vaisigano River Catchment” Project (GCF-VCP).

Deadline for submission of proposals is Thursday 22 August 2019 SAMOA TIME. 

Use the provided templates for submission of your proposal.

Mandatory Documents for Evaluation of your Proposal:

• Technical Proposal [methodology and workplan]
• Duly accomplished confirmation of Interest and Submission of Financial Proposal Template using the template provided by UNDP (Annex 3)
• Personal CV or P11 including names of 3 references (Annex 4)
• Breakdown of Cost by Component and Financial scenario forecasting for the PES project to break even following Table B. Breakdown of Cost by deliverables (Annex 5)
